Natural Cures for Osteoporosis
Here’s 3 of the best natural remedies and treatments for osteoporosis you’ll ever come across. Use them all in combination and completely stop, reverse and cure your osteoporosis and bone loss… for good!
The problem with osteoporosis is it’s a disease that takes a long time to rear its ugly head. Bone loss and bone degeneration is a gradual process that occurs over many years, and it speeds up as we get older. And contrary to popular belief, osteoporosis affects both men and women equally. Women, however, are more likely to suffer from bone degeneration during and after menopause due to the rapid decline of estrogen produced by the body. With severe osteoporosis, the bones can actually turn as soft as frozen ice-cream and crack and break under the body’s own weight – even from performing a simple task such as standing, walking or bending over. A compression fracture of the spine can actually cause a collapsing (crushing) of the spinal vertebrae. This is an excruciatingly painful condition that can render a person incapacitated for quite a while.
It’s estimated that over 50 million Americans suffer from osteoporosis. Worldwide, 8.9 million fractures occur annually from this disease, or one every 3 seconds. 1 in 3 women and 1 in 3 men will experience an osteoporotic fracture over the age of 50. By 2050, the worldwide incidence of hip fractures in men is projected to increase by an astonishing 310% and in women by 240%.1 These are not good statistics, but thankfully there is hope (read on and you’ll discover why).
Your Medical Options for Treating Osteoporosis…
The medical options for treating osteoporosis are utterly pathetic and should not even be labelled as “treatments”. The horrific side effects and further damage that occurs to the body from osteoporosis medications are amongst the worst of all orthodox treatments available for any disease. Some of the common side effects and complications include; osteonecrosis (jaw bone decay), atrial fibrillation (fast and irregular heartbeat), esophageal cancer, breast cancer (from HRT therapy), ulcers, and the most absurd of them all, increased risk of bone fractures! (Yes, they can actually cause the exact opposite of what you want). And don’t be fooled by your doctor when he tries to tell you about the so-called “research” proving the benefits of these drugs for treating osteoporosis. Most of the studies have either been fabricated or greatly exaggerated for the sole benefit of increasing sales for the pharmaceutical companies supplying them. 6

Your Natural Options for Treating Osteoporosis…
Preventing, reversing and even curing osteoporosis completely is actually quite easy to do when you use a combination of natural remedies and adopt some simple lifestyle changes – but it still takes time for the process to work. You will need a full 12 months (at least) to reverse your osteoporosis, however, you will start feeling better and start noticing a big difference in as little as 3-4 weeks. There is one caveat with all of this though – you are going to need to put in some concerted and dedicated effort on your part. The reality is there is no “quick fix” for osteoporosis, nor is there any magic pill. To reverse and cure osteoporosis naturally you need to use multiple approaches (holistic approach) and most importantly, apply them every day.
Some websites will tell you that all you need to do is pop a few fish oil capsules or take a bit of calcium every day and that will do the trick. This is simply not true. To cure osteoporosis (really cure osteoporosis and not just improve some of the symptoms) there are 3 things, or 3 levels of bone building and relief remedies that MUST be done…
Firstly, you must rebuild the bone matrix and cartilage. Bone matrix is basically the foundation of bones, and like building a house, the foundation must be laid first before any building can take place.
Cartilage is the protective layer over the bones that helps to reduce friction (wear and tear) and acts as a strong shock absorber. Cartilage is also an essential part of the spinal discs. If you suffer from osteoarthritis as well as osteoporosis then rebuilding the cartilage takes on even more importance.
Secondly, you must get the bones healthy and strong again by replenishing them with all the essential bone nutrients including calcium, magnesium, boron, vitamin D, strontium and vitamin K.
Thirdly, you must reduce the pain and inflammation so the healing can occur.
Without these 3 guidelines, or levels, you will simply be wasting your time. While it’s true that you can still receive some benefits by using only one (such as the pain and inflammation remedy), this article is not about providing a bit of relief, it’s about curing your osteoporosis and allowing you to back to living a relatively normal life again!
Best Natural Cures for Osteoporosis…
The best way to fix osteoporosis is of course to prevent it in the first place, or at the very least catch it in its early stages (this goes for any disease for that matter). So if you’re here because you’ve recently had a bone density test and the results weren’t favorable, then good for you. You’re jumping on the fire before it becomes an inferno! If you’re here because you or a loved one has suffered a fracture and have since found out you have osteoporosis then that’s okay too. You will still benefit tremendously from these remedies – it will just take a little longer to reverse the process.
So here’s the 3 levels of healing, along with exactly what you need to do to get the most out of this protocol. For these natural remedies to work fully, you must follow each recommendation to-the-letter…
Osteoporosis Cure #1 – Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Collagen, Gelatin, and Hyaluronic Acid…
All of these nutrients and ingredients are essential for rebuilding bone matrix and cartilage. Chondroitin and hyaluronic acid are also crucial for lubricating the joints and muscles. When you see a picture of a healthy bone compared to an osteoporosis bone (such as the one above), you’ll notice the normal bone has a healthy honeycomb type of pattern whereas the osteoporosis bone has the honeycomb pattern but with large “gaps”. This is basically the bone matrix wasting away. And the more it wastes away the softer your bones get. When the cartilage is damaged or worm away you also get the added burden of stiff joints (osteoarthritis), and in the case of osteoporosis of the back, a gradual stooping of the spine (spinal curvature). This significantly increases your risk of spinal fractures.
So to lay the groundwork for your body to start rebuilding the bone matrix and cartilage, you must make sure you take in these nutrients every day without fail. To do this, firstly take the time to research and find yourself a reputable osteo supplement that contains all of these ingredients. Make sure it’s high quality. The cheaper versions are cheap for a reason and will not work. Here’s the one we recommend to our clients… Osteo Bi-Flex.
Secondly, start making your own bone broth (stock). In the old days, grandma always made her own stock, but sadly, with our fast paced lives today it’s become a bit of a dying art. It’s now time to bring it back! Bone broth is a powerful and nutrient packed food that contains all of the building blocks for bone, joint and connective tissue building. It actually contains EVERY single ingredient and nutrient that you need to cure your osteoporosis! The great thing about bone broths is they’re dirt cheap to make. You can either use the bones from your leftover meals (instead of throwing them in the trash) or you can go out and buy some bones from your local butcher or fish market for next to nothing. Beef, chicken, pork, lamb and fish bones are the best. The only down side (if you can call it that) is you need to leave your broth to simmer for at least 4-6 hours, which is okay if you’re going to be home anyway.

Osteoporosis Cure #2 – Calcium, Magnesium, Boron, Strontium, Vitamin D & Vitamin K2…
Around 70% of bone weight is comprised of calcium, however, this is not the most important nutrient for healthy bones. A common myth, and one that’s still held by the medical profession, is that to strengthen your bones you need lots of calcium. But calcium on its own is useless, and in fact, can actually do you more harm than good.
According to Thomas Levy, MD, taking a calcium supplement is like putting a “fresh coat of paint on a rotten fence”. You may get a “better score” on a “bone density test” – but you won’t reduce your risk of weakened bones or hip fractures at all. Dr. Levy also says… “You are 30% more likely to have a heart attack and up to 20% more likely to have a stroke if you take an extra 500 mg of calcium or more per day”. The reason for this is excess calcium causes a build-up of arterial plaque. 2
Now, we’re not saying that calcium isn’t important for bone health. It definitely is. What we’re saying is focusing solely on your calcium intake and forgetting about the other essential nutrients that are needed to rebuild and strengthen your bones (and are crucial for keeping the calcium in your bones so it doesn’t leach out) is not a good idea. So if your doctor gives you a prescription for a calcium supplement and tells you to up your dairy, head straight for the door!
What You Must Do to Strengthen Those Bones…
Your bones are made up of at least a dozen minerals, and each one is crucial for bone health and bone strength. Calcium, magnesium, boron and strontium are 4 of the main ones, but there are also many other’s found in trace amounts. All are equally as important as each other and because of their synergistic action, daily intakes are required in the perfect amounts and ratios for full absorption. Vitamin D and vitamin K2 are also extremely critical. Without these two vitamins, none of the minerals will be able to make their way into the bones and “stick”.
So to get your daily supply of these essential nutrients, there are a few ways, and a few things you need to do. Firstly, and most importantly, remember this… you CANNOT rely on the foods you eat to supply you with these vital nutrients anymore. Sadly, because of the radical farming methods used today our food crops are now virtually void of most vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids (read this report for more information on this) so supplementation is the only sure option.
Here’s the best sources…
Calcium: For calcium and magnesium at the correct internal absorption ratio (50:1), coral calcium supplements are definitely the way to go. They also contain many of the other trace elements for bone health. Just make sure the brand you buy is reputable as some use a cheap form of coral calcium. If you can get it with added vitamin D as well for extra absorption then even better. Here’s the best brand on the market at the moment if you’re interested… Lally Naturals Coral Calcium Plus Vitamin D. Take 2000 mg’s per day for best results.
Magnesium: 99% of magnesium in the body is located in the bones. If you suffer from a magnesium deficiency your muscles, including your heart muscle, will go into regular spasms. Along with soft porous bones, muscle spasms, muscle cramps, facial tics, eye twitching, fibromyalgia, and insomnia are all symptoms of a chronic magnesium deficiency.
Now even though coral calcium contains magnesium, this will still not be anywhere near enough. Magnesium is required by the bones (and the body in general) in high amounts, and the best way to get it straight into your bones and into the bone matrix is by using a transdermal magnesium spray. With this, you spray it on the skin and the magnesium is then absorbed through the pores. Because the magnesium bypasses the liver and goes straight into the bloodstream, it’s 100% absorbed. This is a very effective and very powerful way to get the crucial magnesium your body needs every day. You can either buy premixedtransdermal magnesium sprays or make up your own (which is much cheaper). Here’s how you can easily make it yourself…
-What You’ll Need
1/2 cup of Magnesium Chloride Flakes (like these)
1/2 cup of Distilled Water
Spray Bottle to Store the Mixture
Boil the ½ cup of distilled water and tip into the glass bowl
Add the ½ cup of magnesium chloride flakes
Stir the mixture until the magnesium chloride flakes are dissolved.
Leave to cool completely then store in the spray bottle
-How to Use
Spray the oil on arms, legs, and stomach once to twice daily using 10-15 sprays per application. You’ll find it will tingle on the skin to begin with, especially the first few times you use it. This is normal and means it’s working. Leave on for at least an hour before showering. Use a natural skin moisturizer afterward.
Note: A magnesium deficiency can cause over 55 health conditions and diseases. We recommend you take the time to read our exclusive interview with world-renowned magnesium expert, Dr Carolyn Dean, for more information on the benefits of this life saving mineral. You can view it here… Stunning Interview With Dr Carolyn Dean.
Boron: Boron is definitely one of the most underrated and overlooked nutrients for bone health. This mineral is instrumental for replacing lost calcium from the bones, along with converting vitamin D into an active state. And by converting vitamin D into its active state this also initiates estrogen production, which is crucial for all women suffering with post menopausal osteoporosis and loss of bone density.
There are two ways for you to get your boron each day. You can either take a boron supplement or go out and buy some Borax (sodium borate). Borax is actually the preferred option because it provides so many other health benefits. Now, before you get put off by the borax remedy (you’ll find it’s perfectly safe and extremely beneficial when you know how to use it) have a read of this incredible article, which explains just how powerful borax is for reversing osteoporosis – as well as for curing a whole host of other diseases and health problems. And be sure to pay particular attention to the “Osteoporosis and Sex Hormones” section. The article also explains exactly how to make up your borax, along with the required dosages… The Borax Conspiracy – How the Arthritis and Osteoporosis Cure Has Been Stopped.
Strontium: Chemically, strontium is closely related to calcium. It accumulates mostly in the bones and has been found to have anabolic activity. Strontium helps to stop bone resorption (bone loss), and at the same time, plays an essential role in bone formation. In fact, just supplementing with strontium can reduce your bone fracture risk by as much as 50% according to an article published back in 2004 in the New England Journal of Medicine. Here’s the two studies that were used and talked about in the article to back up this claim…
In a three-year, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study using 680 milligrams of strontium daily, women suffering from osteoporosis experienced a 41 percent reduction in vertebral fracture risk compared to the placebo group. Overall vertebrae density in the strontium group increased by 11.4 percent, however, in the placebo group there was a 1.3 percentdecrease.
In the second study, 353 women who had suffered at least one vertebral fracture due to osteoporosis took either a prescription medication of strontium or a placebo. The women who took 680 milligrams of strontium each day had an increase in lumbar bone mineral density of approximately 3 percent per year, significantly greater than the placebo group. By the second year, there was a substantial decrease in additional fractures for the strontium group compared to the placebo group.
Other studies have shown that strontium may also improve cartilage metabolism, making it an important nutrient for rebuilding bone cartilage. 3
Once again, the best way (and only way really) to your daily dose of strontium is by supplementing. Remember, you need 680 mg’s per day according to the study above so make sure you get this. Doctor’s Best make the top strontium supplement on the market at the moment… Doctor’s Best Strontium Bone Maker.
Vitamin D: It would be safe to say that the majority of the population already know how important vitamin D is for bone health (if you don’t then that’s okay because you’re about to). Without vitamin D, none of the minerals that are necessary for building and maintaining the bones can be metabolized, ESPECIALLY calcium. This makes it the most important vitamin hands down! But what most people, and what the medical profession definitely fail to understand about vitamin D is you need high amounts each day. Currently, the recommended daily allowance for vitamin D set by the FDA is 600 IU’s per day. This is a pathetic joke! You’re never going to rebuild or repair your bones on 600 IU’s a day!
A recent study on optimal vitamin D dosages produced some shock findings. Researchers found the daily requirement for maintaining normal vitamin D levels is between 4,000 and 8,000 IU’s per day. Much higher than the FDA’s paltry 600. And what’s more, organizers found that even up to 10,000 IU’s a day produced no negative side effects (study organizers even said that… “Universal intake of up to 40,000 IU’s of vitamin D per day is unlikely to result in vitamin D toxicity.”) Wow!
Even renowned vitamin D expert, Dr Cedric Garland, was shocked by the findings. He stated after…
“I was surprised to find that the intakes required to maintain vitamin D status for disease prevention were so high — much higher than the minimal intake of vitamin D of 400 IU/day that was needed to defeat rickets in the 20th century.”
So to get your daily dose of vitamin D each day, make sure you get out in the sun and take a high strength vitamin D3 supplement with added K2 for absorbability (see next remedy). Once again, do not go for the cheaper brands and ONLY buy the vitamin D3 with added vitamin K2. For successfully treating and reversing osteoporosis, you will need a minimum of 8,000 IU’s per day and even 10,000 IU’s for the first 3-4 months to get your levels back up to where they should be. For more information on this ground-breaking study and the REAL recommended daily allowances for vitamin D, have a read of this excellent article… 8,000 IU’s of vitamin D Daily Necessary to Raise Blood Levels.
Vitamin K2: Vitamin K2 is essential for keeping your bones strong and resilient against breaking and fracturing. It works very closely and in perfect synergy with calcium, magnesium and vitamin D to restore bone density and bone strength. Vitamin K2 is made by the friendly bacteria that line your gut, so ingesting plenty of probiotic and probiotic rich foods is a great way to get your daily dose of this powerful and underrated nutrient. Green foods such as green leafy vegetables and cereal grasses (wheat grass, barley grass, etc) are also rich sources of vitamin K2.
What’s particularly important to note here is that upping your vitamin D means you also need to up your vitamin K2 intake. These nutrients feed off each other and are crucial for making sure the calcium you need goes directly into your bones and not into other unwanted places like your artery walls. This is why it’s important your vitamin D supplement contains added K2. 4
To get your daily supply of friendly bacteria, start taking a good quality probiotic supplement. In addition, do yourself a favor and look into culturing and fermenting your own foods such as natto (the best), sauerkraut, kefir and home-made cheeses. These foods are not only rich in the good bacteria that line your gut, they’re rich in essential K2. Here’s an excellent website with everything you need to know on culturing your own foods and what you need to get started… CulturesForHealth.com
Osteoporosis Cure #3 – Reducing the Pain and Inflammation…
It takes a lot of extra effort for the body to start repairing and rebuilding the bones and cartilage when the joints are inflamed and pain is present (pain is the body’s way of saying “there’s something wrong in here so fix it!”). So reducing the pain and inflammation, not just in the joints, but the body as a whole, is extremely important for the entire healing and restoration process to occur. There are several natural and home remedies that can help with this…
Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Chronic inflammation is almost always associated with osteoporosis. Omega-3 fatty acids are considered the ultimate anti-inflammatories. A recent study published in the British Journal of Nutrition also found the DHA omega-3 fatty acid significantly improves bone mineral matter and may even be part of the makeup for bone marrow.5 This makes it an important nutrient for bone health and reducing inflammation. In addition, and quite astonishingly, omega-3 deficiencies have been found to be the sixth biggest killer of all people in the U.S. Because omega-3’s are essential for virtually every function of the human body, this statistic should come as no surprize. 9
The easiest (and most common) way to get your daily dose of omega-3 is with fish oil or cod liver oil supplements. Krill oil is another excellent way to get a powerful dose of omega-3, along with flax seeds or flax seed oil. Eating cod water fatty fish such as tuna, mackerel, herring and salmon is also a great way to get plenty of omega-3’s into you. If you do take supplements such as fish oil, make sure they’re mercury free (tested for heavy metals) and take the maximum amount listed on the container. You can’t overdose on omega-3’s so get as much of them into you as you can!
Matcha Green Tea: Matcha green tea is packed with bone building nutrients and strong antioxidants. The antioxidants contained in Matcha green tea are 17 times more powerful than those found in blueberries and 7 times stronger than those found in dark chocolate. Antioxidants are crucial for reducing inflammation and promoting healing within the body. It’s also interesting to note that the Japanese are the biggest consumers of green tea, particularly Matcha green tea, in the world and they also have the lowest rates of arthritis and osteoporosis in the world. Food for thought?
For best results, drink at least 2-3 cups of pure Matcha green teaeach day.
Fennel: Fennel contains phytonutrients and antioxidants that help reduce inflammation. It’s also rich in calcium and magnesium and other essential bone minerals. A study published in the International Journal of Molecular Medicine found that eating a handful of fennel seeds every day can have a positive effect on bone mineral density (remineralization).7 You can buy fennel seeds online or from any good health or herbal retailer. Just make sure they’re organic fennel seeds and not GMO’s.
Coconut Oil: Coconut oil contains lauric acid, an impressive anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. It’s usually recommended for painful arthritic joints, but it also works a treat for osteoporosis as well as osteoarthritis. Coconut oil also helps with the absorption of calcium and magnesium and has been found to reverse the effects of low estrogen in women, including loss of bone density. In addition, the antioxidant compounds in coconut oil help maintain bone structure and prevent bone loss from hormonal changes.
When it comes to purchasing your coconut oil, only ever buyorganic virgin coconut oil. Never purchase the processed varieties as these are extremely toxic and bad for your health. Consume a tablespoon of coconut oil every day for best results.
Garlic: In a recent study evaluating the strongest anti-inflammatory herbs and spices, garlic (cloves) came out number one. You can never go wrong with garlic. It’s still one on nature’s greatest “cure all” medicines so be sure to use it in your cooking as much as possible.
Ginger: Ginger works so well for reducing pain and inflammation that you’ll find it in just about every herbal anti-inflammatory supplement on the market. In fact, a University of Miami study determined that ginger extract could one day become a natural alternative to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The particular study compared the effects of a concentrated ginger extract to a placebo in 247 patients with knee osteoarthritis. The ginger was found to reduce the pain and stiffness by 40 percent compared to the placebo. 8
Turmeric: Used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years, turmeric is considered one of the top spices for reducing joint pain and inflammation. Turmeric extract is also regularly found in most joint health and anti-inflammatory herbal remedies. Just make sure that when you have turmeric, you combine it with 6-8 whole black pepper corns. Black pepper increases the effectiveness of turmeric by a whopping 2000%!
For a great tasting turmeric milk tea combined with ginger, cinnamon and cayenne pepper, check out this easy recipe…Turmeric Tea Golden Milk Recipe.
Cayenne Pepper: Cayenne pepper is a very powerful anti-inflammatory/pain reliever that contains a unique compound called capsaicin. Capsaicin supresses the pain messenger signals sent to the brain (in a natural way) which in turn provides some quick and welcome relief from any swelling and discomfort. If you’re used to eating hot spicy foods then adding some cayenne pepper to your cooking won’t be a problem. For everyone else, simply add some to your turmeric milk tea (see recipe above).
Rosemary: Rosemary was number three on the list of strongest anti-inflammatory herbs and spices. It can be found in most green grocers or herbal stockists and is not expensive. You can also grow it in your garden very easily (you literally can’t kill this stuff) and pick it off as needed.
Other Excellent Natural Pain and Inflammation Relievers Include… Cinnamon, Sage, Thyme, Oregano and Marjoram.
Some Final Do’s and Don’ts for Curing Osteoporosis…
What you eat and don’t eat will definitely have a major bearing on how quickly you can relieve, reverse, and ultimately, cure your osteoporosis. To get the most out of the remedies and recommendations listed in this article, you need to make sure you eat the right foods.
“Clean eating” is a phrase that’s bandied around a lot these days, but what exactly does it mean? In a nutshell, it means that any food that comes from nature in its pure and raw form is healthy and anything that’s been altered or tampered with by man is unhealthy. Of course, there’s exceptions to this rule, but if you follow the basics of it you can’t go wrong. First and foremost, organic raw foods are the most important. Cooked meats (beef, chicken and fish) are okay too but should only make up about 10-20% of your daily food intake. Fish is definitely at the top of the cooked meat list for its omega-3 content.
So this means plenty of raw fruits (particularly blueberries, prunes and apples) and vegetables (especially green leafy vegetables and sea vegetables) should be eaten, along with healthy omega-3 rich seeds such as flaxseeds, chia, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Get yourself a Nutribullet or something similar and start juicing your raw foods. Cultured vegetables are also crucial for your good gut bacteria (if you regularly suffer from acid reflux, upset stomachs, diarrhea, constipation or leaky gut then these are all dead giveaways that your gut is not working properly). Himalayan pink rock salt is loaded with all of the valuable trace minerals your bones need in a highly absorbable form so make sure you use this in your cooking and to salt your food as much as you can. Oh, and don’t forget to eat plenty of your bone broth soup too!
Naturally, all refined and processed foods and junk foods are out. Processed dairy foods are also on this list and should be avoided completely. These man-altered disaster foods are full of synthetic antibiotics and toxic gunk that sticks to your insides. And whatever you do, don’t buy into the lie that dairy foods are needed for calcium and for the prevention of osteoporosis. If this is true then why is it that the U.S., Australia and Great Britain – 3 of the biggest consumers of milk per capita in the world – also have the highest rates of osteoporosis in the world?
Pasteurisation destroys the valuable live enzymes that are needed for calcium absorption, making it 0% absorbable! Homogenization also turns the fat in milk toxic and rancid. So the bottom line is you can drink milk till the cows come home (yes a bad joke) and it isn’t going to help your bones one bit! As a dairy substitute, be sure to go for healthy almond milk or coconut milk instead.
Other food and beverages you should also avoid include;
Alcohol – Alcohol increases inflammation and causes calcium to be leached from the bones.
Refined and processed sugar – Causes chronic inflammation and worsens osteoporosis symptoms
Sweetened beverages and diet drinks – The high phosphorus content found in sodas suck calcium from the bones at a phenomenal rate. Sugar and artificial sweeteners also increase inflammation.
Processed meats – High levels of refined sodium in processed meats, particularly sodium nitrate, cause bone loss (and cancer).
Caffeine – Excessive caffeine intake pulls minerals from the bones.
Vegetable oils (Crisco, etc) – Contain harmful trans fatty acids and rancid fats that flare-up and exacerbate inflammation within the body, particularly joint inflammation.
And finally, try and find some time for regular exercise. Exercise helps to strengthen the bones! Weight training is by far the best for osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and this has been repeatedly proven in multiple studies. Even just 3 times a week can be enough. Try and find yourself a gym that caters for osteo and arthritis sufferers or for seniors if you can. If not, cycling, aqua aerobics or going for a brisk walk are all good alternatives.
“Natural Cures for Osteoporosis” Final Note…
So now you have everything you need to prevent, stop, reverse and cure your osteoporosis for good. But like anything, unless you put into practice what you’ve learnt it will be of no benefit. In the beginning it can seem a bit daunting – even overwhelming. This is probably going to be a big lifestyle change (or rather a “different” lifestyle change) compared to what you’re used to, however, scientists say it only takes 30 days to develop a new habit. So once you get past the first 30 days, you’re on the home straight!
To give these natural remedies enough time to work and really begin weaving their magic, we recommend you give them AT LEAST 90 days before making any judgements as to their effectiveness. Remember, it’s taken many years for your bones and joints to end up like they are so it’s going to take time for them to rebuild and re-strengthen again. A full 12-18 months will be required for you to completely reverse your osteoporosis and regain maximum mobility, and any testing you get done will certainly prove this.
The health of your bones is now in your hands. If you follow our advice and recommendations to the letter, we guarantee you’ll be astonished by the results!
Best of luck to you.
