ESSENTIAL DAILY HEALTH TIPS FOR 2019

  1 )    BREATHING 

 This is a  tried and true , easy enough, NO cost method.  Watch these three short videos on  YouTube,  and then start your breathing !

 2 )    FOOD

Improve your foods. Everyone knows what to do, just shift into as much Organic and local produce as possible, with emphasis on a variety of vegetables.

3 )    WATER

Get the best water you can.  Drink four to eight glasses a day,  You can add  a small pinch of real salt, a small amount of real honey and a spoon of  lemon or lime to enhance and purify the water.

4 )    STAY AWAY FROM EMF

Do the best you can to stay away from electric fields. Especially NO computer or TV or smartphone in the bedroom, and reduce WIFI exposure however possible. This is essential for good health.  A prerequisite.  Imagine what an optimized citizenry can do!
