BPH REMEDY: Recipe for Melatonin Gel

STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE FOR MAKING MELATONIN GEL

1. Use a 3 or 4 oz. glass bottle with a lid or top that is similar for dispensing the finished gel, if possible.

2. Add 1 oz. of DMSO to the bottle.

3. Add 1/4 level teaspoon of melatonin powder to the bottle, replace the lid and shake the bottle until the melatonin is fully dissolved and then remove the lid.

4. Add two ounces of Aloe Vera Gel to the bottle, replace the lid and shake the bottle very well until the gel is well mixed. The gel is now ready for use.

Testimony

Another friend asked me for a suggestion to help his diagnosed enlarged prostate/ BPH which he was already taking Flomax for, but was not really helping as he said he was getting up, 4 to 5 times per night to go to the bathroom and was not able to fully empty his bladder during the day and was having frequent urination urgency.

He told me he had had BPH for many years. I suggested he consider melatonin gel (MG) to see if it would help him. He tried the MG applied to his perineum, but unlike my other friend who had only had BPH for several months before applying MG and finding relief in just two days, after a week of twice a day applications, he told me he noticed no benefit at all. I suggested he continue using it since his BPH had been diagnosed years ago.

Two weeks later he told me that he was starting to see noticeable improvement with trips to the bathroom at night declining form 4 to 5 per night down to 2 to 3 per night. He also reported reduced urination urgency and improved urine flow with less trips to the bathroom during the day. Overall he was happy and said he is going to continue with the twice daily applications of MG to his perineum to see if he can get even further improvement with more time and usage of MG.
