Ivermectin has been around for decades and 4 billion doses have been administered. It won the Nobel Prize for curing river blindness. Its side effect rate is less than aspirin and only moderate in effect. It works the same way Nicotine does by displacing spike proteins off of the alphas 7 nicotinic choline receptors.There may be no virus but the spike proteins are for real.

Nicotine is 30% more effective than Ivermectin displacing spike proteins.
