Potassium Broth Recipe

Ingredients

5 Potatoes – peelings
5 Carrots – peelings
2 Onions – whole, chopped
5 Stalks Celery – whole, chopped
5 Beets – whole, chopped
Remaining Dark Beet Greens
5-50 Cloves Garlic
Hot Peppers (to taste)
Distilled Water (enough to cover ingredients)

NOTE: Use ONLY organic ingredients.
Instructions

Add all ingredients into pot with enough distilled water to just cover vegetables and simmer on very low temperature for 1-4 hours. Strain and drink only the broth. Make enough for two days and refrigerate the leftover broth.
