What you need
- ¼ cup shea butter (where to get it)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (where to get it)
- 5 drops frankincense oil

- Now heat the pot with the bowl on top on the stove top over a low flame so that the steam from the boiling water gently melts down the two ingredients to liquid form.
- Once melted, immediately off the flame and let the ingredients cool off in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- When the time is up, get it out (it will be partially solidified which is what we want) and add the essential oils.
- Next, beat the ingredients together with a hand mixer or use an electric stand mixer to achieve a fluffy cream consistency.
- Transfer to a clean container. Finally, deeply but gently massage the ganglion cyst using a dollop of the cream at least twice a day.
